Included: electricity, heating, (warm)water, radio, tv, WLAN, 1 outdoor parking space. Use of shared washer/dryer in the laundry room. Common cellar for bike storage (including repair box) etc..

Additional costs: laundry per person CHF 33.00 (laundry for bed, bath, kitchen), cleaning on departure CHF 130.00. Flat raate for pets CHF 50.--. For short stay pro rata, min. CHF 25.--.

Arrival

check in: from 3 p.m. (after 15.00 h) / check out: until 10.00 a.m.

Arrival description:

From the railway-station. take the bus in the direction of "Prätschli". Get out at the station "Seehalde". Take the road opposite the bus stop. Keep on going on the right hand side. Our house is the fourth building on the left hand side after the crossing.

By car. By reaching Arosa you just take the first possibility (opposite coop) to the right. Follow the "Maranerstrasse" and take the first possibility to the left. Keep on going on the right side until you come directly to our hous, Rainweg 7 - 13a, Arosa.
