Conditions

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30 linen set/stay and CHF 6 resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 30 (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are not allowed

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)

Various hiking trails are easy reachable from the house «Irmella» and the center/bus stop are only a short walk away (faster through the 2nd exit in the upper part of the building).
