Spacious 2-room apartment located on the 7th floor of the Rothornblick building, which is situated in a quiet area and surround by lots of nature. The balcony provides a nice mountain view. During the opening times of the next-door hotel Robinson Club Arosa, guests are allowed to use its swimming pool, fitness as well as ski shuttle bus in Winter free of charge.

In winter, you can use the pool, sauna area and fitness of the Robinson Club, directly connected by a corridor to the Rothorn view. In addition, the free ski shuttle bus from the Robinson Club takes you to the ski area. A ski slope takes you back to the front of the house or you can use the ski shuttle from the Robinson Club. (Meeting point: Arosa station square/Weisshorn gondola)

In summer you can reach the large, very well-kept hiking area directly from the house or with the free bus (2 stops in 10 minutes) and use all cable cars and tourist facilities with the "Arosa Card all inclusive". A few minutes away is the wonderful natural swimming pool on the Untersee, the "Badi".

Conditions

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30 linen set/stay and CHF 6 resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 30 (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are very welcome, and will be charged at CHF 75 per pet/stay for extra cleaning

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)
