Graubünden cross-country skiing day

The Grisons cross-country skiing day will take place on Saturday, 14 January 2023 as part of the Planoiras Volkslauf. The races will be counted towards the Raiffeisen Nordic Cup. Young cross-country skiers will compete here individually and as a team in the relay race.

Runners who do not form a 3-person relay team according to BSV regulations can also register. The team draw will take place one day before the competition. Details in the BSV Cup regulations here.

Arrival and parking

By public transport, take the SBB or RhB to Chur. From Chur, the post bus will take you to Lenzerheide. By car, from the Chur Süd motorway exit, follow the signs to Lenzerheide.

Showers / Toilets / Cloakrooms

Showers, toilets and cloakrooms are available at the Lenzerheide school building. Details will follow here soon.


Each participant must be in possession of a personal liability insurance. The organiser declines all liability towards participants, spectators and third parties.
