Cross-Country trails for every level
In the Lenzerheide holiday region there are trails for every level. Furthermore, you have the possibility to go cross-country skiing on the illuminated night trail in the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide.
Trails for beginners
The blue trails are located between St. Cassian and the golf course, around the Heidsee lake, and between Parpan and Mittelberg. The starting points are easily accessible by sportbus and PostBus. The cross-country skiing centres fee-based parking are located nearby.
Trails for advanced skiers
With their altitude, the red trails call for advanced skiers, and are spread across the entire trail network. Both trails in the direction of Capfeders (from Parpan) and Bual (in Lantsch/Lenz) lead you to the most beautiful places in the high valley of Lenzerheide.
Trails for experienced skiers
The black racing trail, La Pala in Lenzerheide, is best for physically experienced and technically versed skiers. It is a real test for any cross-country skier.
Night trail
A 4 km long and illuminated night trail is waiting for night owls in the Biathlon Arena Lenzerheide. The night trail is open and lit daily between 5.00 and 9.00 pm.
