1. Culinary Mountain Path

3. Museum Vaz/Obervaz

The old vicarage with its barn in Zorten, where Capuchin friars worked from 1660 to 1933, now houses the Vaz/Obervaz Museum. The history of the extensive parish of Vaz/Obervaz is documented here. One focus is the development of tourism: from Maiensäss to a health resort

4. Churches

The region's churches, some of which are historic, are home to some important cultural treasures. These include the masterfully carved, late Gothic winged altar in the parish church of St. Calixtus or the cemetery of the Church of St. Mary in Lantsch/Lenz with its wrought-iron grave crosses.

5. Ice-stock shooting

Would you like to try something new? The natural ice field in Parpan invites you to a round of ice-stock shooting. A suitable track and the necessary equipment can be used free of charge. Bring punch, something to eat and family/friends and make it an unforgettable afternoon.

6. Restaurant Tschugga & sledge run

The Tschugga restaurant is about a 20-minute walk away and is famous for its delicious Grisons specialties. The highlight of the visit is the following sledge run with a home-made sledge. Fun is guaranteed on the 1.5 km long lighted track back to the village Parpan.

7. Graubünden Natural History Museum Chur

Discover the fascinating world of animals, plants, fossils and minerals. In addition to the permanent exhibition there are always additional special exhibitions to view. Whether big or small, you can learn something new every time. A visit to the museum is worthwhile in any weather.

8. Bowling City West

Looking for a bad weather alternative or an evening activity? Spend a great time with friends or family bowling. The Rock'n Bowl in the City West in Chur offers 14 bowling lanes, a rodeo facility, billiard tables and other slot machines. After an intense round of bowling, the western city invites you to take a break with delicious snacks and drinks.

9. Spa Alvaneu

If you want to relax and unwind, this is the place to be. In addition to an indoor and outdoor pool, the Alvaneu Spa also offers a wellness area with saunas, bubble baths, a solarium and a relaxation room. The bath water comes from the Alvaneu sulphur spring and is 34 °C warm throughout. The sulphur water is known to have a healing effect. Let yourself be pampered and do your body some good.

Responsible snow sports enthusiasts avoid forest areas and stay on paths and signalled slopes, showing consideration for wildlife.
