The whole house (except one bedroom) is available. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (a bunk bed and a double bed with a washbasin in the room). There is also a separate toilet and shower. A washing machine and dryer is also located on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with a spacious dining table. There is now access to the newly designed terrace directly from the dining room of the kitchen. On the 1st floor there is a lounge with a corner seat and a chest of drawers. The games contained therein are free to use. From here you step into a particularly cozy bedroom made of pine wood and cozy niche beds. This includes a spacious marble bathroom with a large old-fashioned bathtub and a nostalgic sink. The room next to it is a large living room. Since it offers a clear view in three directions with the beautiful windows, it is something very special. The furnishings consist of a seating area, a round table, wooden built-in closets, a large TV with DVD/blu-ray player and much more. There is even a historic manual elevator hidden behind a door and can be used to pull up snacks and drinks from the kitchen... The bedroom on the 2nd floor is especially cozy with its wooden walls. A wardrobe and a bookshelf with existing books are installed. There is a small bathroom with a bathtub. A door leads directly to a closed sun terrace. It can be opened completely through sliding windows and offers a wonderful panorama on 2 sides. My dad used to drink his coffee up here after dinner and enjoy the sun with a nap... Behind the sun terrace is the second spacious bedroom with a beautiful stone pine bed, including a bathroom.
