The division into semi-staggered floors gives the interior a friendly atmosphere. Here you will find three double bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a shower/WC, a living/dining area with an open fireplace and a gallery above, open to the living/dining area. The gallery has an additional sofa bed and can sleep up to four more people, so that there is room for up to ten people in total. Attached are a terrace and a large balcony. The kitchen with three-plate electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and separate microwave is fully equipped with crockery. The house has electric underfloor central heating.
