Arrival

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions. Once in Arosa follow the road uphill to Inner-Arosa, pass the Kulm hotel, cross a large parking lot. After an S-curve you pass the Museum. Then you follow straight along a narrow road. The Haus Mattern is then on the right at the turnoff towards Gspan. You my easy recognize the house by its facade with the mosaic.

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.

The holiday flat with very large living space is located in the house Mattern in Innerarosa. The beautiful view of the impressive mountain panorama of Arosa is very much appreciated. The living space is approx. 120 m2. The kitchen and the bathroom have been recently renovated. A parking lot is directly at the house. On arrival the beds are of course covered, bath towels and kitchen towels are also ready.
