room apartment is attached to our house (built in 1988), with a separate
entrance at ground level. The interior walls border on cellar rooms, above the
ceiling is our terrace. The house is situated on the western slope with a view
of the Rothorn, Oberhalbstein and the Parpaner- Churwaldnertal.
property borders on the agricultural zone and is thus fully surrounded by
greenery (white). The meadow in front of the apartment is of course available
for lying down, playing etc. The nearest
shops are located on the main road towards Lenzerheide: directly below the
Stgier bakery (approx. 10 minutes on foot). Bakery (cafeteria) Aurora, sports
shop Bläsi, grocery store (with butcher's shop) "Michael Parpan
