Switzerland goes skiing

A private initiative of Seilbahnen Schweiz, the mountain railways, destinations and players in winter and snow sports for a safe and beautiful ski season in the Swiss mountains.

Ski resorts and mountain railways throughout Switzerland have taken all the necessary precautions to ensure that they can implement all the requirements of the authorities for the safety of their guests. Even regarding the necessary permits from the authorities, there is nothing to prevent an active winter sports season 2020/2021 in Switzerland. The coming winter season will start as planned in the Swiss mountains, subject to compliance with all protective measures. So, nothing stands in the way of fun in the snow and thus the winter holidays.

Safety measures are required in the cabins and gondolas: Mouth and nose protection is mandatory here. According to the current state of knowledge, this does not necessarily require the wearing of classic protective masks, but certified multifunctional cloths also ensure the necessary safety. Further corona-related requirements and restrictions are not to be expected.
