The professionals of the cross-country ski school Lenzerheide will show you valuable tips and guide you to the most beautiful corners of the high valley. You can assign yourself to a group, the strength classes are divided as follows:
- Beginners: You have never or only recently been on cross-country skis.
- Advanced: You have already heard about the different types of steps, but you would like to have a closer look at them and consolidate them with lots of exercises.
- Expert: You know the different types of steps and can use them. Of course, the experts will also receive many tips to become even better. You are also conditionally on a good level.
Newly we try to divide the beginners and advanced into stronger and weaker groups.
Women's cross country skiing days
Sporty. Sensual. Personal.
Woman only - technical training on the track, wellness and side events. Benefit from the personal care, get valuable tips from the cross-country skiing instructors. Pamper yourself with new experiences in sublime mountain scenery.
