Tschugga show dairy

The Tschugga show dairy is located in the Tschugga mountain restaurant in Parpan. Here you can immerse yourself in the fascinating world of cheese production. The cheese dairy allows you to experience the entire cheese production process up close and even make cheese yourself.

After a three-week maturing period, your cheese will be delivered to your home.

Dried Meat Manufactory Brügger Parpan

For four generations, the Brügger family has been making Bündner Trockenfleisch according to old craft traditions. They will tell you what they have experienced during a tasting session. Sign up - they will welcome you in groups of twelve to 40 people.
