Bischi Meat Drying

The traditional meat drying plant works according to old recipes, without chemical or technical aids. Only meat from the region is used.

Programme: Tour of the natural drying plant followed by a tasting.
Dried Meat Manufactory Brügger Parpan
For four generations, the Brügger family has been making Bündner Trockenfleisch according to old craft traditions. They will tell you what they have experienced during a tasting session. Sign up - they will welcome you in groups of twelve to 40 people.

Guided tours of the Vaz/Obervaz Museum in Zorten can be booked for groups at any time by appointment.
Duration: approx. 1.5 hours.
Come to Zorten and bake your best bread. The "Pastroin Zorten" is the last surviving bakery in the municipality of Vaz/Obervaz that is still in use today.
