The information desk of Arosa Tourism is located at the Arosa Sports and Conference Centre, near the entrance of the village and opposite the Hotel Valsana. There are a limited number of parking spots outside the information desk. If you arrive at the Arosa train station, turn right and walk along the Obersee lake for about 200 metres. The second location of the guest information is at the RhB counter at the station, where you can also get all the information you need about your stay.
