Can you play padel with just two people?
Padel is typically played as doubles (2 against 2).
A 1-on-1 game on a standard court is also possible – in this case, play is cross-court. Singles are particularly good for improving technique and fitness, as you have to hit every ball yourself.
Is padel played with a tennis ball?
No, padel is not played with regular tennis balls, but with special padel balls. These are similar to tennis balls but are slightly softer and less pressurized, making the game more dynamic. If you don’t have your own balls, they can be purchased during the booking process.
Can you eat or drink at the padel court?
There are various restaurants, bars, and food stores near the court that would be happy to welcome you.
- Please leave the court clean
- If a ball falls into the lake, please retrieve it with the provided net – the lake should remain as natural as possible.
By car
A paid parking lot is located directly at the padel court.
By public transport

What is Padel
In recent years, the sport was mainly popular in Spain and South America, but has now become the new trend sport in Switzerland as well. Many former and current top athletes play padel, making the sport accessible to the general public.
The game rules are similar to tennis, but Padel is played on a smaller court surrounded by glass walls and grid. Unlike other games, padel is usually played in doubles. The aim, like in tennis, is to hit the ball over the net into the opponent's field using special rackets, whereby the ball may also touch the glass wall.
