To the stone man on the Hochwang
Our tour to the highest elevation in the Hochwang chain starts in Furna-Hinterberg.
Passing the foot of the Fadeuer, we reach Alp Pawig, follow the Rothorn and climb the flank of the Hochwang to the summit. There are few deep views but a remarkable panorama, including some stone men as photo subjects. We descend via Pagiger Bleis to Triemel, from where the Alpinbus takes us to the train station in St. Peter-Molinis.
