ArosaAkademie «Exkursion zu den Amphibien»
Excursion to the amphibians
The amphibian excursion is an unforgettable experience for the whole family. At the idyllic Prätschsee lake, you can discover the fascinating world of native amphibian species. The lake and its surroundings offer an incredible variety of habitats, making it a hotspot of biodiversity. Here the animals find ideal conditions for reproduction, foraging and hibernation.
The spring and summer months in particular, when the amphibians awaken from their hibernation, offer the best opportunities for observation. The species that live in the Prätschsee include various frogs, toads, newts and salamanders. They all play an important role in the ecological balance by regulating insect populations and serving as prey for other animals.
Such an excursion is not only educational, but also fun and sensitises young and old to nature conservation. Immerse yourself in the world of amphibians and experience nature in all its splendour.
