Adjustments to offers from Thursday, 17 April 2025

Restrictions on the range of slopes
Spring in the mountains is having an effect: the persistently mild temperatures are accelerating the snow melt and are leaving visible traces in the lower part of the Arosa Ski Area. Therefore, the following changes will be made from Thursday, 17 April 2025:

❌ Closed:

• The slope from the Plattenhorn valley station to Alpenblick and to the Hörnli-Express gondola valley station will be closed from Thursday, 17 April 2025.
• Woodranch closed with immediate effect.

⚠️ conditionally recommended:

• Access from Emsla/Erzhorn to the Hörnli-Express gondola valley station with cleared areas

Open from Thursday, 17 April 2025 until the end of the season on Easter Monday, 21 April 2025 

The lifts run as usual

• Tschuggen Ost & Kulm from 8.20 am
• Gondola lift Hörnli-Express from 8.40 am
• Chairlifts Hörnli/Plattenhorn from 8.45 am

Island operation

• Skiing at Tschuggen incl. Kulm meadow still possible.
• Connection from Tschuggen to the Hörnli Express valley station via Arosa bus or on skis to «Gada» and then on foot (or by bus).

Descents

• From Hörnli/Plattenhorn, the descent to Kulm meadow is open.
• The access roads from Emsla to Kulm GB and from Tschuggen to Ausserarosa are also open to traffic.
