FAQ Coronavirus in Arosa

Dear guests, due to the updated decree of the canton of Graubünden, restaurants and retail businesses will be closed by Monday, 16 March 2020, 12.00 pm. Hotels, pharmacies and grocery stores remain open until further notice.
You can find up-to-date information about coronavirus on www.gr.ch/coronavirus or on the municipal website (www.gemeindearosa.ch). Should we receive official information from the municipality and the health service, we will provide transparent information here. The infrastructure for following the rules of hygiene is very well developed in Arosa.
Update Saturday, 21 March 2020: From now on all horse carriage and taxi rides in Arosa are discontinued. Patient transport is handled by Alpinmedic.
Update Monday, 23 March 2020: From now on the Arosa bus will be running in the spring timetable.
The Municipality of Arosa and Arosa Tourism are planning to launch campaigns to provide support to people who need help in the current difficult times. Event tickets: If you have purchased tickets for an event that was cancelled due to the coronavirus, please contact the organizer directly. Only the organizer himself can decide whether a refund or possibly a postponement of the event is possible.
Accommodation: Should you not be able to travel to Arosa due to the coronavirus, although you have already paid for your trip, we ask you to contact the appropriate accommodation directly.

Contact Arosa Tourism
Due to the restrictions imposed by the federal and cantonal authorities to contain the coronavirus, the guest information office of Arosa Tourism will probably remain closed until 30 April 2020. However, the staff of the Guest Information Office will still be happy to answer your enquiries by telephone and e-mail.
As of Monday, 23 March 2020, the guest information staff can be reached by e-mail and telephone as follows
