Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final in Lenzerheide without spectators

Despite the current uncertain situation around COVID-19, preparations in Lenzerheide are in full swing and are on schedule. From 17 to 21 March 2021 the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final will take place for the sixth time. Once again, the battle for the coveted crystal globes will be decided on the famous "Silvano Beltrametti" World Cup course on Heimberg in Parpan. The 25 best athletes per discipline will fight once at the final for points for the disciplines classification and the overall World Cup - but this season under unusual circumstances.

Finish area without spectators
The organisers are making every effort to be able to hold the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final in Lenzerheide. To guarantee at least a certain planning security, it was decided to plan the races without spectators. In concrete terms, this means that there will be no grandstands, no Visitor Village, no VIP areas, no supporting programme and no parties. The focus of the event will be entirely on ski racing.

«Bubbles» ensure strict separation
As is already the case in other sports, so-called "bubbles" are formed in the Alpine Ski World Cup. The idea of these "bubbles" is that there is no mixing of different groups of people such as teams, media or staff. The "bubbles" should not only come into contact with each other, but also with the outside world, which is why the event area of the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final is completely sealed off.

Flexibility is the word of the hour
As things stand today, the current protection concept makes it possible to hold the Audi FIS Ski World Cup Final provided that major events are not again banned by the Confederation or canton. The main objective of the organisers is to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants.
