Nino Schurter wins the MTB Overall World Cup for the 8th time

Thanks to 2nd place in the last race, our ambassador Nino Schurter wins the overall World Cup for the 8th time. A week ago, Nino Schurter won World Cup gold for the 10th time. Now, at the season finale in Val di Sole (ITA), the man from Graubünden followed up with his 8th triumph in the overall World Cup. A 2nd place behind the Frenchman Titouan Carod, who crossed the finish line 35 seconds ahead after a long solo run, was enough for this. With his 8th victory in the overall World Cup, Schurter surpassed his former rival Julien Absalon and is now the sole record holder in overall World Cup victories. 

Nino Schurter is not only an ambassador for the Bike Kingdom, but also for the Lenzerheide Space Walk, where he enjoys discovering the hiking universe of Lenzerheide with his family. In doing so, he enjoys the endless expanses and appreciates the fresh and thin air.
