The variety of sports in the Roland Arena will be expanded

Old News

The Roland Arena enters into new cooperations under the sign of sports diversity.

The Swiss Enduro Team and Powerina are the two newest partners of the Roland Arena in the holiday region of Lenzerheide. Once again, the Roland Arena proves that its infrastructure is not only ideal for cross-country skiers and biathletes. It can also offer ideal conditions for biking. In addition, Powerina provides a good dose of women's power in various sporting activities!

Swiss Enduro Team with focus on home world championship 2025
The Swiss Enduro Team currently consists of three athletes. The team is to be supplemented by two more athletes with the help of an evaluation weekend in the holiday region of Lenzerheide. The team's focus is particularly on the home World Championships in Leukerbad in 2025. Team Manager Knut Büngen is convinced that his team will take a big step forward with this cooperation: «The Roland Arena with its infrastructure ideally complements the training offer of the holiday region Lenzerheide with its trails. This partnership is the perfect piece of the puzzle on our way to the 2025 home World Championships in Valais.»

Women's power with Powerina
Under the motto «she's unstoppable», sisters Seraina Boner and Katja Gruber-Boner from Davos have an important mission with Powerina: "From women for girls, we want to inspire and motivate, we want to fire performance and enable self-confidence, we want to promote physical and psychological integrity and be a contact point for gender-specific issues." At the core of the association are the Powerina camps for girls aged between 13 and 20. These will be held at the Roland Arena for the first time this year.
