Restaurant Fastatsch

A kitchen with a heart of fire.

In the open show kitchen of Restaurant Fastatsch, selected fine crafted foods are prepared over the beech wood fire in front of the guests under the motto "Make it a feast". Seasonal and regional products from the Grisons mountains and valleys, from local meadows and fields are put into pots and pans - or rather over the fire. Enjoy special cuts of Valbella organic beef fresh from the maturing cabinet or delicious burgers.
 
Either way - enjoy it. Vegetarians and meat lovers alike will get their money's worth here.
