Grischuna Meat Drying Plant has its headquarters located in Churwalden, an idyllic village, 1230 feet above the sea. Since it was founded in 1962, the Grischuna brand stands for quality: They provide real dried beef, raw ham, dry-cured bacon, Salsiz, Salametti, salami and about fifty more products. Every year, over a thousand tons of dry meat leave our production to all parts of the world.
