The family history of the Brüggers in Parpan has been closely linked to the history of Bündnerfleisch production for 4 generations: Engelhard Brügger, the great-grandfather of the current managing director, is even considered the founder of the professional meat drying business. Today, Jörg and Marlene Brügger continue the tradition that began over 100 years ago with a great deal of know-how and care.
