Golfing in Lenzerheide
Golf holidays in the best golf clubs of Switzerland
GOLF CLUB Lenzerheide
Lenzerheide golf course, which was opened in 1951, is nestled among splendid, quiet nature, surrounded by a fantastic mountain backdrop and a sparse pine and spruce forest.
With its many natural obstacles and few bunkers, the 18-hole course (par 69) makes for challenging play. As a special highlight, there is a natural drinking station between the ladies’ tee 7 and the fairway 10. Thirsty golfers can enjoy a mouthful of spring water directly from the source of a small mountain brook.
The spacious clubhouse, with its classy restaurant, was opened in the summer of 2014. The modern, versatile caddy room and the elegantly equipped cloak rooms complete the golf infrastructure in the clubhouse.
GOLF CLUB ALVANEU BAD
The 18-hole golf course (par 72) in Alvaneu Bad is situated in a very idyllic location in the hollow of a valley, at a mere 950 m above sea level, directly adjacent to the Albula and Bernina line, the UNESCO World Heritage of the Rhaetian Railway. Whilst playing golf, you can repeatedly enjoy the impressive architecture of the Landwasser viaduct.
Nestled in the wide river landscape of the Albula valley, the babbling brooks and still ponds may just spoil your score. If you haven’t «taken a dive» here yet, you can do so after a round of golf at 34 degrees in the sulphur bath of Bad Alvaneu.
Golf partner hotels
The golf partner hotels in Lenzerheide provide first-class comfort and top service. Together with the two golf clubs Lenzerheide and Alvaneu Bad, we put together special packages and offers. The organization of tee times, golf partners and trainers is as much standard in the golf hotels in Switzerland, as are shuttle service rides to the golf courses.
After a round of golf you can enjoy the typical Graubünden hospitality, hearty dishes and plenty of quiet and relaxation – whether in the sauna, in the steam bath or during a relaxing massage.
