The sauna is located directly on the shore of lake Heidsee, near the water sports centre.

You can cycle directly to the water sports centre and walk to the sauna from there. You can reach us by bus via the bus stops «Lenzerheide/Lai, Fadail/Lido» and «Lenzerheide/Lai, La Riva». Alternatively, there is a car park at the «La Riva» location.

  • Swimming/cooling down in lake Heidsee is at your own risk and is not part of the purchased sauna offer. All liability is declined.
  • Toilets: These are located directly behind the sauna on the beach path.
  • Showers: The hot and cold showers are located in the nearby water sports centre.
  • Accessibility: Access to the sauna is via a small staircase and is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Catering: The kiosk at the water sports centre offers refreshing drinks, ice creams and snacks. Please do not consume drinks in glass bottles in the sauna.

Before the sauna

Book your preferred date and time slot. We recommend at least 2 hours for a cosy sauna experience. You will receive the access code by email before you start your booking.

Bring two towels, a swimming costume, flip-flops, and drinks. The maximum number of people per sauna is four. The sauna is already heated when you book. Come showered.

The sauna anteroom is for changing and storing your belongings. You may stay naked in the indoor area. We ask that you always wear a swimming costume in the outdoor area.

The sauna temperature is regulated and is always between 80 and 90 degrees. The humidity can be regulated by pouring water onto the sauna stones. It is compulsory to use a towel in the sauna to prevent sweat from dripping onto the wood.

After the sauna

There are public showers at the water sports centre (during opening hours). Alternatively, you can take it easy and cool off in the fresh air before the sauna.

Help us and leave the sauna in a clean condition. Please clean the floor with the available Swiffer and take your rubbish with you. Then lock the sauna door and put the key in the key deposit box and lock this too.

Cleanliness is essential to us. The sauna is therefore cleaned thoroughly every day. Please let us know if the sauna or the outdoor area require special cleaning. Please leave the sauna on time at the end of your booking and cleaning.
