In view of the Youth and Junior World Championships 2020 in Lenzerheide, the Junior Cup is an important indicator for the athletes and offers them the opportunity to get a feeling for the World Championships.

The popular folk cross-country skiing race
The 34th Folk Cross-Country Skiing Race takes place on 13 January 2019 and is part of the Lenzerheide sports event calendar since many years.

The IBU Cup is the second highest stage in the international biathlon competition circus. After 2017, 300 athletes from around 40 nations will compete for the second time in the disciplines sprint, pursuit and relay. Be there when a top-class field of participants collects important qualification points for a starting place in the World Cup.
LIVE is LIFE
Music festival on the mountain and in the valley of Arosa Lenzerheide
During the dream weather from 6-8 April 2018, the first edition of the music festival «LIVE is LIFE» was celebrated. In Arosa Lenzerheide a total of 26 concerts took place on the mountain and in the valley during three days. In addition to Lo & Leduc, Dabu Fantastic, Saint City Orchestra, Seven, Remady & Manu-L and Dr Eidgenoss, 17 bands appeared on stage and made Arosa Lenzerheide pulse again.
The second LIVE is LIFE Music Festival will take place from 05 to 07 April 2019.
OMM Alps Lenzerheide
Saturday to Sunday, 31 August to 01 September 2019
OMM is a mountain trail run which originated 50 years ago in England and Scotland. Since two years the OMM also exists in the Alps. After the two successful performances at the Austrian Achensee and the German Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the OMM will now also be held in the Swiss Alps - in Lenzerheide. The Swiss premiere of the OMM will take place on 31 August and 1 September 2019 in the Lenzerheide holiday region.
