Stätz Race 2021

The Stätz Race 2021 was cancelled as a result of the Covid-19 Pandiemie

The Arosa Lenzerheide snow sports area invites you to the «Stätz Race» folk ski race. A race for everyone - on the same day, on the same mountain, in the same finish area, at the same party.
Probably the most ingenious and longest race track in the Grison Alps starts at the Stätzerhorn mountain station (2,421 m a.s.l.) and leads over 4.5 km and 894 metres deep to the finish at the Avant Clavo mountain restaurant (1,527 m a.s.l.). The reorientation is also a special feature for disabled athletes, so that the Stätz Race also takes up topics such as acceptance, integration and equality of people on the snow.

Dear skiers

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel the Stätz Race 2021. The uncertainty about the development of the pandemic and the future regulations of the measures does not allow the planning of such a Volksskirennen. Nevertheless, we are already looking forward to seeing you all at the start of the Stätz Race 2022.

The already registered participants have been informed about the refund of the entry fees. If you have not received an email from us, or if you have any other questions, please contact Corina Ambühl directly,

See you next year!

Kind regards
The OC Stätz Race 2021
