Malix Reformed Church

The Malix Reformed Church

The building fabric of the church dates back to a medieval foundation under the patronage of Gallus. In 1496, before the Reformation, the choir was rebuilt, the nave was vaulted, a sacristy was added and the church tower to the north, with an octagonal helmet over lashes, was enlarged. Inside the church there is a late medieval baptismal font from around 1400. The late Gothic church was last restored in 1971. The organ was installed the following year.
