In the sunny living room you can spend comfortable hours on the new sofa. The open and spacious kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette. The most beautiful view of Schafrügga and 1 outdoor car park, ski room and free WLAN complete the apartment offer. A deposit of CHF 300/EUR 300 is required. This will be returned to you if we find the apartment clean and undamaged.

Arrival

Check-in from 3pm | Check-out until 9.30am

Directions: By car, drive to Chur via the motorway. The signs will lead you directly to the famous Schanfigger Strasse and you will reach the beautiful mountain village in about 45 minutes over 365 curves. You drive through the whole village towards Innerarosa until you reach the Schwelliseestrasse. Haus Mattern is then on the right at the turn-off towards Gspan. The mosaic on the front of the house is noticeable. In winter, winter tyres and snow chains are certainly an advantage.

By train, from Zurich airport or Zurich main station you can reach Chur quickly and comfortably with the Intercity. From there you can take the romantic and red Rhaetian Railway and reach Arosa in an hour. You can find the train timetable online at sbb.ch. The trains run every hour. Once you arrive in Arosa, you can take a taxi or the free bus in the direction of "Hörnli" to the "Gada" stop. From there it is a 15 minute walk.

The holiday flat with a very large living room and bedroom is located in the house Mattern in Innerarosa. The beautiful view of the impressive mountain panorama of Arosa is very much appreciated. The living space is approx. 50 m2. The kitchen and the bathroom have been freshly renovated. A parking lot is directly at the house. On arrival the beds are of course covered, bath towels and kitchen towels are also ready.
