The apartment Laghetto is located directly on the Untersee and is equipped with everything for a holiday stay. From the breakfast table you can enjoy the view of the Untersee and the surrounding mountains. Of course you also have this view from the balcony. The apartment is suitable for two persons with child. In the living room are two large wall beds, which offer a lot of free space when folded up. Opposite the house is a public parking. There is also the free bus from Arosa. In summer, the public bath at the Untersee invites you to swim. There is also gastronomic support. For 2-3 people just the thing, if you want to enjoy a lake view. A few meters further there is a children's playground for the little vacationers. The center is about 300m away.

The price includes (for the number of people booked): bed linen, towels, resort fee and final cleaning after departure

- Additional persons must be registered in advance and will be charged separately; Additional fees: CHF 30 linen set/stay and CHF 6 resort fee/day

- Children's set can be booked for a one-time fee of CHF 30 (high chair and cot with bed linen)

- Summer guests will receive the Arosa all-inclusive card by email on the day of arrival

- Pets are not allowed

- Intermediate cleaning, early check-in or late check-out can be booked subject to availability (enquiry: info@arosaholiday.ch)

This bright and cozy studio is a true Bijou on the ground floor of a residential building in a quiet area at the lake «Untersee». The balcony offers an unique view of the lake. The outdoor swimming area (in winter the famous ice swimming area) and a bus stop are situated very close to the house.
