Charming villa Sonnegg with several apartments is waiting for you. The roof apartment (approx. 90m2 area) with a large covered balcony has 2 bedrooms for up to 5 persons, 1 bathroom. Quiet and very sunny location, very close to the children's ski school and the lifts. In this apartment, you will feel like at home because the object is very comfortably furnished and the view on both sides of the house is phenomenal. The house offers a free garage place, WLAN, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and fondue and raclette equipment. You can easily reach the ski lifts, have the most beautiful speciality restaurants "around the corner" and only 6 minutes walk to the ABC ski school. It's ideal for families - you're together and still have plenty of room for privacy.

Arrival

Check-in from 3pm | Check-out until 9.30am

By car, take the motorway A3 to Chur and drive upward to Arosa in approx. 45 minutes on a narrow winding road. Attention! In winter you will need winter tires as well as snow chains, depending on weather conditions.
From Postplatz/Obersee drive towards Innerarosa. Pass the Coop supermarket and Kursaal until the turning place, so that you can turn into Prätschlistrasse from above at "Koller Sport". After 200 metres you will reach the 'Villa Sonnegg' in the curve taking to the Eichhörnliweg on the right (garage entrance).

By train, take the Intercity Express to Chur. From there, the scenic Rhaetian Railway whisks you up to Arosa (trains run hourly). Check www.sbb.ch for timetable. When in Arosa you can take a taxi or a romantic horse-drawn sledge.
