You can pick up your ticket at a cash desk of the mountain railway with the separately sent pickup confirmation. In some accommodations, tickets can also be issued. Ski tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred to another person, even for a fee (also if not used). All tickets an passes are subject to restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions, and the general instructions, antd the general terms and conditions (AGB).
Weahter conditions, open trails or number of lifts operating cannot be guaranteed. In case of cancellation of your accomodation booking the tickets can stell be used.
