On 9 October, Anja Liedtke will read from her nature writing volumes Der Himmel ist altes Silber (Dittrich Verlag 2023) and Von Hängen fallen - Meraner Sammlung, Achim Stegmüller, Anja Liedtke, Sabine Hey (drawings) (Achter Verlag 2023), accompanied by Jonas Kreienbühl, cello.

Dr Anja Liedtke lives in the Ruhr area. She won the Bettina von Arnim Literature Prize with a travelogue about Shanghai. This was followed by novels and travelogues about Israel, David Bowie, a socially and ecologically sustainable society and the consequences of National Socialism for her generation. Most recently, the Nature Writing volumes were published: Der Himmel ist altes Silber (2023) and Von Hängen fallen - Meraner Sammlung, Achim Stegmüller, Anja Liedtke, Sabine Hey (drawings), (2023). She was awarded the Poetry Prize of the Ruhr-Mark Authors' Group for a poem from this book.
