Biodiversity cooking course

Beat Caduff was the first chef in Arosa to hold a Michelin star in the restaurant “zum Wohlsein” for over 10 years. Beat now personally leads the small biodiversity cooking course at the Restaurant Alpenblick. Food photography and detailed demonstrations of top aromatic products as well as corresponding recipes are offered there. However, the cooking course does not start in the kitchen as usual.

Weather permitting, a leisurely walk from Innerarosa up to the Alpenblick restaurant is planned as the start. Fresh chives will be collected on the way, which will then be used in the cooking workshop. Cook together, learn how everyone can pay attention to biodiversity in the kitchen and then enjoy a delicious 4-course menu. A culinary delight for the stomach and the environment.

The event is suitable for people aged 16 and over. No previous knowledge is necessary.

A shuttle can be organised for people who are not good on foot. Please register by e-mail to arosa2030@arosa.swiss
