We serve you a special Pargitsch-Plättli, a fine Fuschtbrot, changing homemade soups and always a nice cake. The bread, which is set the day before and goes into the oven from four o'clock in the morning, is a real alp favourite. The Alp Pargitsch coffee with a shot should not be missing either. Our food and beverage menu is small, the offer all the more exquisite. We offer specialities that we have conjured up ourselves in our gourmetamrhein.ch delicatessen. The alp has no electricity and fresh water is fetched from the well. In winter, Alp Pargitsch can only be reached via the ski slope or the hiking trail via Dörfli Pradaschier. Everything is a bit slowed down, but it's worth a look. Every guest with a little time is welcome.
